The short version
We collect what you give us and what basic analytics tell us, we use it to respond to you and improve the site, and we do not sell it. A company built on the idea that your data belongs to you treats yours the same way.
What we collect
When you request a quote through Build Your System, we collect the answers you provide: your name, work email, company, and the details of what you need. When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics: pages visited, approximate region, and device type, through Vercel Analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
Quote requests go into our customer relationship system (HubSpot) so we can prepare your quote and follow up. Analytics help us understand what on the site is useful. That is the extent of it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf. We do not use your information to train AI models.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us and we will handle it promptly.
