How is SOVR priced?
In four tiers based on your annual revenue. Under $10M is a flat $2,000 a month. From $10M to $100M it is $208.33 a month per $1M of annual revenue; from $100M to $500M, $166.67; above $500M, $145.83. Your quote confirms your tier and reflects which roles you staff, which systems you connect, and what hardware you need.
What is the Pioneer Plan?
Founding-customer terms through August 31, 2026, on a one-year contract: 50% off software and onboarding services, the option to extend that discount into year two, direct access to the founders, and a 30-day risk reduction. In return we ask for honest feedback and permission to use you as a reference once you are glad to give it.
What is the 30-day risk reduction?
The first month is the proving period. If SOVR is not earning its keep, you can cancel within 30 days for 50% off onboarding services and hardware on return. The exact terms come with your quote, in plain language.
Are there ongoing fees after the system is built?
Yes, a subscription that covers updates, support, and the continued development of your system. What you are not paying is per-seat rent that climbs every renewal: the capability you build is yours.
